FAQ's

Get in touch if you have a specific question.

Can I buy game tickets only?

Unfortunately, we are unable to sell game tickets separately. As a tour operator, we are obligated to bundle game tickets with other trip elements, such as flights and accommodations, to provide comprehensive travel experiences for our clients.

Do all passengers have to have game tickets?

No. We often put together packages in which only some of the passengers would like game tickets. The choice is entirely yours, allowing you to customise your experience according to all passengers’ preferences.

Can I request specific seat locations for the game?

With your initial package quote, we offer various seat upgrade options across different sections of the stadium. While we strive to accommodate specific seat location requests, it’s important to note that such requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. However, our travel consultants will do their utmost to fulfill your preferences in coordination with our suppliers.

Can you do a package without flights?

Yes, we can do a grounds package that does not include flights. However, this means that the package will no longer quality for ATOL protection.

Is transportation provided to and from the games?

Transportation arrangements vary depending on the location of each stadium within its respective city. Our dedicated travel consultants select accommodations that ensure optimal convenience for attending the games, whether they’re within walking distance, near subway stations, or easily accessible via rideshare apps. Additionally, we provide the option of pre-paid Uber links for added ease and flexibility.

How does your pricing structure work?

Our package prices are based on single, double, triple or quad occupancy. Occupancy refers to the number of people sharing a hotel room during your trip:

  • Single Occupancy: One person staying in a room. This typically has the highest cost per person since the room cost isn’t shared.
  • Double Occupancy: Two people sharing a room. The room cost is divided between both guests, making it more economical per person.
  • Triple Occupancy: Three people sharing a room. The room cost is shared among three, which further reduces the price per person.
  • Quad Occupancy: Four people sharing a room. This offers the lowest cost per person because the room price is split four ways.

If two people are booking a trip but prefer separate rooms, each would be priced at the single occupancy rate, as they are not sharing with anyone else. The type of occupancy you choose will directly affect the price of your trip, so it’s worth considering how many people you’d like to share with to balance comfort and cost.

Are there any additional fees not included in the package price?

Our initial package quote includes the final price including all applicable taxes. This is subject to change until you pay and confirm with deposit. Once the package is secured with a deposit, the cost will not change unless additional items are added. It should be noted that some U.S. hotels charge ‘resort’ or ‘destination’ fees which are payable directly by the client in resort (see below for further info).

How do I make payments for my trip?

You can make a payment via credit card by calling us at 01904 403355. Any member of the MVP Travel Team will be happy to assist you with your payment over the phone. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, simply request our bank details, which are also available in the ‘Useful Documents’ section of your app. You’re welcome to pay in as many instalments as you like, as long as the full balance is settled at least 10 weeks before your departure date.

Do I need a VISA to enter the United States?

To enter the United States, travellers typically need an Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA), which substitutes the requirement for a traditional visa*. An approved ESTA grants entry for stays of 90 days or less. To obtain an ESTA, you can apply directly through the official website or the newly available ESTA app. We recommend applying for an ESTA at least a month prior to departure.

*Please note: In certain circumstances, individuals may not be eligible for an ESTA and will need to apply for a VISA instead. Be sure to read the ESTA rules carefully, as obtaining a VISA can take several months.

When do I need a new ESTA?

You will need a new ESTA if:

  • Your ESTA is expired (ESTAs are valid for 2 years from the point of authorisation)
  • You are issued a new passport,
  • You change your name (first and/or last)
  • You change your sex
  • Your country of citizenship changes
  • Your circumstances change, e.g., you are convicted of a crime of moral turpitude or
    you develop a contagious disease.

Such a change may require you to get a visa to travel to the U.S. You must re-apply and
your application must reflect the change in your circumstances or you may be denied
entry upon arrival in the United States. More information about other ineligibilities can be
found on the U.S. State Department website.

How do I get my tickets?

Your game and tailgate tickets will be emailed to you about one week prior to the game (up to 48 hours before). These tickets will be emailed to you by our ticket supplier (separate to the travel documents loaded within your app). They will be emailed to the email you have provided us with.

Can I upgrade my game tickets?

Please contact us should you wish to upgrade your game tickets. This should be possible up until your balance due date (10 weeks before departure).*

*Please note: This is possible in most cases but is not guaranteed.

What happens if a game is rescheduled?

During the NFL season, certain games may be subject to rescheduling, a process known as flexing. If you’re considering attending one of these games, our experienced travel consultants carefully consider this possibility. We recommend a set of dates that ensure your presence in the U.S. for the necessary duration, guaranteeing you the opportunity to attend the game, even in the event of a flex.

How do I manage my flight booking?

You can log in to the airline’s website using your name and flight locator, which can be found on your confirmation invoice or flight eTicket. Once logged in, you’ll be able to manage your booking, select seats (note that this may incur a fee), and check in online up to 24 hours before your departure.

Will I need to provide a credit card at the hotel?

Many hotels now require a credit/debit card at check-in as a refundable deposit for any damages to the room or incidentals such as room service or charge back facilities.

What are resort fees?

Resort fees are additional charges that hotels or resorts may apply to cover the cost of amenities and services such as Wi-Fi, pool access, fitness centers, or shuttle services. These fees are very common in the U.S. and are typically charged per night of stay. Resort fees are usually payable directly to the hotel upon check-in or checkout. Please note, our travel consultants factor in resort fees when comparing hotel prices and will always inform you if these fees apply to your booking, ensuring there are no surprises during your stay.
